Members begin with foundational movement standards in our Legacy classes. Coaches actively evaluate form, posture, and capacity in every session, helping athletes safely scale up weights and complexities as they advance.
Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your class starts. Introduce yourself to the coach at the front desk, who will walk you through the facility layout and discuss any past injuries or physical boundaries.

Every 60-minute session consists of a structured dynamic warm-up, a detailed movement briefing, the main workout of the day (WOD) or interval set, and a coach-led cool-down stretch.
