Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your class starts. Introduce yourself to the coach at the front desk, who will walk you through the facility layout and discuss any past injuries or physical boundaries.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic attire, flat training shoes (suited for weightlifting and functional movements), a personal water bottle, and a small sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every 60-minute session consists of a structured dynamic warm-up, a detailed movement briefing, the main workout of the day (WOD) or interval set, and a coach-led cool-down stretch.
