Block CrossFit started in a backyard in Redlands, CA, with little more than a passion for functional fitness and a tight-knit community. Today, we have grown into a premier CrossFit affiliate operating out of a massive, fully equipped facility. We believe in the power of the CrossFit community to improve not just your physical fitness, but your life in general. At Block CrossFit, we offer serious fitness on your own terms, backed by a supportive team of coaches and peers. Arrive about 10-15 minutes prior to class to tour our 8,000 sq ft space, complete a standard waiver, and meet with your coach to outline your current athletic background.
