Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class. Our coaching team will welcome you, introduce you to our facility, and discuss any personal health requirements or past injuries before training.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic clothes, proper athletic trainers (running or stable training shoes), a personal water bottle, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session consists of a 10-minute progressive mobility warm-up, a 40-minute coached strength or aerobic workout, and a 10-minute cooling down stretch.
