Located in the growing industrial and commercial precinct of Prestons, NSW, our studio sits on the prominent Bernera Road corridor. It is a highly accessible area known for clean commercial complexes and medical services.
Bus routes run along Bernera Road with stops just a short walk from the front door, connecting easily to Liverpool and Glenfield train stations.
Dedicated on-site parking spaces are available directly in front of Tenancy 1, alongside additional street parking along Bernera Road.

Our coaching uses block periodization combined with real-time biofeedback via heart rate technology. This scientific structure ensures you build athletic conditioning while mitigating the risk of overtraining or injury.
Members progress through systematic 8-week training blocks that focus on building baseline strength, progressive hypertrophy, explosive power, and peak conditioning, all validated with routine benchmark testing.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class. Our friendly coaching team will welcome you, set up your BFT³ heart rate monitor, and run you through the layout of the workout and safety protocols.
Comfortable athletic wear, sturdy training shoes, a personal sweat towel, and a water bottle are required for all training sessions.
Each session starts with a thorough physical warm-up and movement demo. This is followed by 45 to 50 minutes of structured block-based training, concluding with a directed cool-down stretch.
