Objective: Force and Progressive Overload
An intense engine-building cardiovascular conditioning session utilizing rowing machines, ski-ergs, and high-intensity bodyweight movements to maximize calorie burn and aerobic endurance.

Easily accessible via Pioneer MRT Station (EW28) on the East West Line, followed by a quick connecting bus ride. Several bus services stop directly in front of the d'Arena Complex on Upper Jurong Road.
Ample parking facilities are available directly within the d'Arena complex, providing both sheltered and open-air lots for members.

We design and run progressive 8-to-10-week strength and conditioning blocks. Each session is structured with custom-developed warm-ups, progressive loading sequences, and targeted cardio targets to maximize performance gains.
We utilize the official BFT heart-rate tracking system to monitor real-time effort zones. This ensures members train in their correct heart rate zones, allowing us to scientifically track cardiovascular improvement and strength over time.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first class. Our friendly coaching staff will greet you at reception, show you around the facility and the recovery suite, and explain how our visual class monitors and heart rate tracking systems operate.
Bring clean indoor sports shoes, comfortable athletic clothing, a sweat towel, and a water bottle. Heart-rate monitors are optional but highly recommended to track your workout performance.
Each class lasts 50 to 60 minutes. It begins with a comprehensive dynamic warm-up, a live exercise demonstration of each station by our coaches, the main progressive workout phase, and ends with a guided static stretch and cool-down.
