Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first class. Our friendly coaches will greet you, walk you through our heart rate technology, introduce you to the functional floor space, and discuss your physical goals.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic wear, training sneakers, a sweat towel, and a water bottle are required for every workout.

What a typical session looks like

Every 50-to-90-minute session begins with a coach-led structural warm-up, followed by the main resistance or conditioning block, and ends with a dedicated cool-down stretching routine.
