Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your first class. Our front desk staff will register you and introduce you to your coach, who will walk you through the session flow, equipment use, and customized movement adjustments.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic clothes, flat training shoes, a personal bottle for water, and a sweat towel.

What a typical session looks like

Every session consists of a 10-minute dynamic warm-up, a 5-minute technical briefing, a 35-to-40-minute functional workout (WOD), and finishes with a dedicated 10-minute cooling down and stretching period.
