Our signature group program featuring high-intensity, functional workouts of the day. Every session combines element scaling, lifting mechanics, aerobic pacing, and gymnastics under active coach supervision.
Objective: General Physical Preparedness (GPP)
An absolute prerequisite for beginners. This series of classes introduces core lifting positions, overhead alignments, kettlebell movement paths, and essential terms to establish total confidence.
Objective: Technique and Foundations
Self-directed training hours allowing members to utilize the rigs, bars, and cardiovascular gear to work on individual skill weaknesses, accessory work, or recovery drills.

Athletes are encouraged to track their daily training metrics. As lifting form, structural stability, and capacity improve, our coaches actively introduce heavier loading and complex gymnastics variations.
Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. Our coaching staff will meet you at the reception desk, walk you through the floor setup, and brief you on the upcoming movements.
Bring comfortable gym clothes, flat-soled athletic training shoes, and your own personal water bottle. Showers and locker spaces are provided.
A standard 60-minute class begins with a structured dynamic warm-up, moves into mobility drills and skill/strength training, transitions to the active WOD, and finishes with a targeted cool-down stretch.
