Members move from an initial 'Intro Session' into a tailored 12-week challenge, with continuous assessments every 4-12 weeks to adjust intensity and goals.
Register online first. You'll attend an 'Intro Session' where we show you the gym, analyze your measurements, and prescribe your program.
