Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your first class. This lets you meet your coach, fill out any final check-in paperwork, and get a tour of our training facility.

A standard session lasts 60 minutes, consisting of a dynamic warm-up, a strength or athletic skill segment, the daily workout (WOD), and a targeted mobility cool-down.
