Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. You will meet Coach Jason, tour the gym floor, and discuss any personal fitness experience, limitations, or medical histories.

Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes and includes a structured group warm-up, a detailed movement or skill briefing, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a dedicated active cool-down or stretch.
