Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. You will meet Coach Jason, tour the gym floor, and discuss any personal fitness experience, limitations, or medical histories.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic attire, flat-soled sneakers (cross-trainers or minimalist footwear are highly recommended), and a personal water bottle.

What a typical session looks like

Each session lasts exactly 60 minutes and includes a structured group warm-up, a detailed movement or skill briefing, the Workout of the Day (WOD), and a dedicated active cool-down or stretch.
