Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class. Our coach will welcome you, introduce you to our 500 m² facility layout, and discuss your fitness goals and any physical limitations.

Required equipment

Comfortable athletic clothes, clean indoor sports shoes with flat soles, a personal water bottle, and a clean towel for training.

What a typical session looks like

Each session consists of a guided joint mobility warmup (10 mins), a technique and scaling demonstration (10 mins), the high-intensity Workout of the Day (35 mins), and a recovery cooldown with light breathing and stretching (5 mins).
