Comfortable athletic clothes, clean indoor sports shoes with flat soles, a personal water bottle, and a clean towel for training.
Each session consists of a guided joint mobility warmup (10 mins), a technique and scaling demonstration (10 mins), the high-intensity Workout of the Day (35 mins), and a recovery cooldown with light breathing and stretching (5 mins).
