Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled class. Head coach Chrystel will welcome you, introduce you to our 180m² layout, and discuss any pre-existing medical history or physical requirements you may have.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable workout wear, flat athletic shoes, a personalized water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a coached dynamic warm-up, a strength/skill development phase, the main metabolic Workout of the Day (WOD), and a guided recovery cool-down.
