Established in 2019 in the heart of East London's most vibrant district, we have built a diverse and supportive hybrid fitness community. We specialize in CrossFit, Hyrox, Olympic Weightlifting, Calisthenics, and dedicated mobility classes. Our mission is to bridge the gap between absolute beginners and seasoned athletes through elite, ego-free coaching and world-class facilities. Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booked intro class. One of our coaches will welcome you at reception, show you around the 5,000 sq ft space, and run you through a quick movement safety brief.

Required equipment

Comfortable, athletic clothing, breathable workout shoes (flat-soled or training shoes are ideal for weightlifting/crossfit), a water bottle, and a towel.

What a typical session looks like

Each 60-minute session includes a structured warm-up, skill or strength drills, the central workout (WOD/Hyrox piece), and a cool-down/stretch period.
