The Work of the Day is our signature strength and conditioning group class. It combines weightlifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastics elements into one high-intensity workout. Safely designed to challenge physical capacity and build functional power.

A high-octane class simulating the famous Hyrox fitness racing format. Expect a heavy focus on running, rowing, sled pushes, sandbag lunges, and burpee broad jumps. It is a fantastic endurance and cardiovascular stamina builder.

Focus strictly on technical training for the two classic Olympic lifts: the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. This class prioritizes mobility, explosive power, bar paths, and structured positional strength under empty bars and heavy plates.

No private parking on site. Nearby pay-and-display options on local streets or nearby commercial car parks are available but highly limited.
Our philosophy centers around longevity, technical masterclass, and dynamic community spirit. We train to move better outside the gym, focusing on scalable functional movements that increase strength and resilience.
We utilize hybrid training blocks that blend classic Olympic lifting technique, bodyweight gymnastics (calisthenics), and systematic metabolic conditioning routines to target overall athleticism.
Members progress safely through highly qualified coaching adjustments, tracking individual work weights, conditioning times, and mobility baselines week after week.
Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your booked intro class. One of our coaches will welcome you at reception, show you around the 5,000 sq ft space, and run you through a quick movement safety brief.
Comfortable, athletic clothing, breathable workout shoes (flat-soled or training shoes are ideal for weightlifting/crossfit), a water bottle, and a towel.
Each 60-minute session includes a structured warm-up, skill or strength drills, the central workout (WOD/Hyrox piece), and a cool-down/stretch period.
