Beginner's guide

First visit

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early before your first session. This allows your coach to meet you, run through a brief medical check, explain the movements, and show you around the box.

Required equipment

Bring comfortable sports clothes, training shoes with flat soles, a water bottle, and a small towel to keep dry.

What a typical session looks like

A standard session takes exactly 60 minutes: starting with a coach-led dynamic warmup, moving to strength or skill-focused mechanics, tackling the Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishing with a group stretch.
