Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. Our welcoming staff will greet you at the entrance, show you around our multi-sport facility, and introduce you to your class coach for a brief safety orientation.
Wear comfortable athletic training apparel, flat-soled athletic training shoes (cross-trainers are highly recommended), and bring a personal water bottle. We supply all heavy lifting and conditioning equipment.
Each structured session lasts exactly 60 minutes, beginning with a dynamic group warm-up, followed by targeted mobility/skill practice, the high-energy Workout of the Day (WOD), and finishing with a guided cool-down and mobility stretch.
Our community joins the international CrossFit Open, running friendly local Friday night workouts filled with cheering and high energy.
