Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to complete your health history form. Your coach will guide you through a brief biomechanical assessment and walk you through the gym layout before starting your session.
Please bring clean, indoor athletic shoes, comfortable gym attire, and a personal hydration bottle. Hand towels and refreshing water refills are provided.
Every session is organized into a 10-minute dynamic joint activation and warm-up, a 35-minute main strength or conditioning block scaled to your skill level, and a 10-minute targeted cool-down and mobility sequence.
