We provide an authentic CrossFit experience by strictly following the methodology of functional movements performed at high intensity. Our facility, spanning the 2nd and 3rd floors in Shanti Nagar, is designed to challenge your limits through a mix of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning (metcon). Beginner's guide

First visit

Arrive 10 minutes early to meet the coach and sign the waiver. We will walk you through the facility and the day's WOD.

Required equipment

Training shoes, comfortable shorts/leggings, and a water bottle.
