Arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled class to meet our coaches, complete our safety waiver, and tour the facility. Your coach will guide you through the workout progression.

Every 60-minute session includes a specific unweighted warm-up (such as Cossack Squats and Half Kneeling Windmills), followed by structured strength or skill progression, the high-intensity WOD, and a guided cool-down focused on flexibility.
